SINGLE CLASS PURCHASE
A single class purchase entitles the user to book one class based on the published class schedule availability. User will receive an initial confirmation email upon purchase to confirm successful booking. Classes are delivered through the ‘Zoom Meetings’ platform, so service delivery consists of login details to access the booked class.
Email containing login details (Zoom meeting ID and password) will be emailed no later than 2 hours prior to the scheduled start of class.
Single online class purchases can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled class starting time. User should get in contact via email or website contact form to request booking into an alternate class of their choice. In person classes must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled class starting time.
A refund can be requested if cancelling within the aforementioned cancellation window. Refund will incur an 8.5% cancellation fee in-line with payment provider transaction processing fee.
In the event of a class being cancelled from the schedule after client had already paid and booked session, alternative class or a full refund will be arranged. In the event of a park class being rescheduled the client will automatically be booked into the next session. If this is not suitable for the client the monies will be credited to their account.
ALL classes require a minimum of 3 confirmed bookings for the class to go ahead as scheduled. In the event that there are less than 3 confirmed bookings 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start, class will be cancelled by the instructor and a cancellation email will be sent to users with bookings to prompt re-booking for an alternate class. A full refund will be offered if no suitable alternatives are available.
Live classes will only remain on the schedule if there is the demand, if demand goes the class will be removed from the schedule
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE ON-DEMAND & LIVE ZOOM
A monthly membership entitles the user to book / stream classes stated in the membership plan during the duration of their membership. Memberships are valid from the day of purchase until cancelled. Memberships are set to renew automatically each month. If you wish to cancel a membership pease get in touch via email. I will provide confirmation that your membership will not auto renew beyond the expiration of the current membership plan. All current services will remain active until the expiration of your current plan.
A membership can be refunded within a 7 day period (excluding 8.5% cancellation fee) as long as no classes have been booked and attended throughout the cancellation period. If 2 or more classes have been attended during this period, a 50% refund will be provided. Membership cancellation outside of the 7 day period or after 3 or more classes have been attended will no longer be possible.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP IN PERSON CLASSES
Membership
Group classes are purchased via memberships. The membership gives access to 1 in person class a week, unless otherwise stated All current services will remain active until the cancellation of your current plan. The auto renewal of the membership can be cancelled at anytime unless otherwose stated. The memberships run for a month and each month will automatically renew itself unless you cancel prior to the auto renew date. The auto renewal date is the same date each month, the day of purchase, unless the membership has been paused and re activated in which case please get in touch to confirm. You can cancel the membership with no charge. There is a £30 admin fee if the membership is cancelled and re purchased.
If you are unable to attend a class you are able to attend an alternative class that week (space permitting) or 1 live zoom class / 24 hr on-demand access. To retain the space membership are to remain rolling. New clients can email to book a single classes if there are spaces available. All sales are final and non transferable
If a class is cancelled you will receive a refund for that cancelled class. If you wish to cancel a membership please get in touch via email. You are free to cancel the membership at any time.
PRIVATE TUITION
To reschedule your class, please cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the class. We will then contact you to book you into the next available class that suits your schedule.
If a refund is requested for a single class purchase within the cancellation window (24 hours prior to class start date/time). A refund will be provided minus an 8.5% cancellation fee in order to cover the payment provider refund processing fee.
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS
There will be no in person / live zoom classes from dates TBC. Classes will resume TBC. You will not be charged for any in person classes cancelled over this period.
