Service Description
Controlled low-impact movements to improve flexibility and strength. Focuses on slow, controlled low-impact movements to help improve flexibility and muscular strength. Enhancing postural alignment, building core strength along with long lean muscles. Flowing seamlessly from movement to movement, the exercises are worked up in stages from easy to harder. Beginners to the more advanced students can enjoy the sessions. Great for anyone who is new to exercise or more advanced.

Cancellation Policy
To reschedule your class, please cancel at least 48 hours before the start of the class for a full refund. Any later than 48 hours and the full price of the class shall be paid. This booking is non-transferable. If the teacher is unwell or (for outdoor classes the weather is too bad) for class to go ahead a full refund will be provided for the cancelled session. Before taking part in a class you agree to complete a health form. By taking part in a class you are taking full responsibility for your body, you are participating of your own free will and in the event of any such injury / loss of belongings you will not hold the instructor responsible.
