Service Description
Yoga for every body. Movement, breath & meditation to improve your body & relax your mind. This class focuses on improving mind / body awareness, improving flexibility, strength, co-ordination and balance while calming the mind and allowing you to focus on the present moment. A slow paced class allowing you time to find your shape, gentle with options to progress. The class will involve some linking of postures and short flows. Suitable for beginner to intermediate. We have a group WhatsApp and get together as a group once a month at a local coffee shop for coffee and chat.

Cancellation Policy
To reschedule your class, please cancel at least 48 hours before the start of the class for a full refund. Any later than 48 hours and the full price of the class shall be paid. This booking is non-transferable. If the teacher is unwell or (for outdoor classes the weather is too bad) for class to go ahead a full refund will be provided for the cancelled session. Before taking part in a class you agree to complete a health form. By taking part in a class you are taking full responsibility for your body, you are participating of your own free will and in the event of any such injury / loss of belongings you will not hold the instructor responsible.
