Service Description

These yoga classes include physical exercises known as asanas or postures and sequences of asanas designed to align your skin, muscles and bones. A mixture of strength & stretch that focuses on some linking poses & static postures is that is great for all - can be modified for beginners. Be physically and mentally challenged in a great way! Classes will move the body in all directions working through a series of standing and seated poses. No two classes will ever be exactly the same! Suitable for beginners and the more experienced yogi.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule your class, please cancel at least 48 hours before the start of the class for a full refund. Any later than 48 hours and the full price of the class shall be paid. This booking is non-transferable. If the teacher is unwell or (for outdoor classes the weather is too bad) for class to go ahead a full refund will be provided for the cancelled session. Before taking part in a class you agree to complete a health form. By taking part in a class you are taking full responsibility for your body, you are participating of your own free will and in the event of any such injury / loss of belongings you will not hold the instructor responsible.
